Been really inactive lately, with the summer being here and all. I have a drawing I want to put up, but I need to photograph it. I start college at the end of August, so I'll start doing more then.
I have Freshman Orientation this weekend, from Friday till Sunday. I'm majorly excited, and hope to make some new friends and take some pictures. I am so ready to move on and start the next stage of my life. Towards the end there, high school got VERY boring. The only class I liked by June was Studio Art. And that's what I'll miss.
I got a new laptop, but I still have a crappy dial-up internet connection, so I'm going to have to go jack wireless from one of my friend's houses to actually do anything productive. So far, all I've accomplished is to play with the webcam abd stay up all weekend playing The Sims 3. And screw up my body clock so I can't fall asleep till the sun comes up. Sucks.
When I was loading AOL onto my laptop, I was kind of shocked to see how EVERY site I've EVER put onto my AOL favorites was there. Things I'd deleted eons ago. Its a little creepy to actually realize that everything you load onto the internet stays there forever. I got my AOL account when I was thirteen, I think, which is almost six years ago now. To see my activity that long ago was so weird. It almost feels like as a kid, I was a completely different human being than I am now.
So now, I need to pack up my bags for a weekend at college, write overdue thank-yous from graduation, and prepare for an interview. I need to buy a whole list of art supplies, everything for my dorm, books, make a bank account, and who knows what else. Life's coming, and coming fast.
I'll be at Warped Tour in Scranton on the 15th to see my all time favorite band and (hopefully) meet them. And I'll be at the NJ State Fair all ten days next month, showing my rabbits and some artwork. Come! Its a great time.
So I guess I'm done rambling. =]
Peace kids, hope to see you around.
